How it works

  1. 1. Drop your supplier statement PDF.
  2. 2. It is read page by page on our worker and returned as rows; the document is deleted in the same request.
  3. 3. Check the editable grid. Issues — balance mismatches, unreadable dates, uncertain signs — are flagged by row.

Questions

Does Supplier statement PDF to Excel use my plan's pages?

Yes. Every page read on our worker counts against your plan's monthly pages: a 10-page document is 10 pages. Free gives 25 pages a month; Starter 400, Professional 1,000, Business 4,000. The count resets on the first of the month.

Is my document stored?

No. It is sent over HTTPS, read in memory on our worker, returned to your browser and deleted in the same request. Only the file name, page count, row count and export type are kept as your history.

Is this AI?

No. Parsing is deterministic: fixed rules on the text and table positions of the document (or OCR output for scans). The same file gives the same result every time, and a value is never silently changed — unclear cells are flagged in the grid for you to check.
