Terms of service

1. The service

Financeitz (financeitz.com) is a web application by Grandfield Media Private Limited (“we”) that turns financial documents you upload — bank and card statements, invoices, receipts, supplier statements and financial reports — into structured data you check and export, plus browser tools for cleaning and converting transaction files.

2. Your account

You sign in with a code sent to your email. Keep that inbox secure; what happens under your sign-in is yours.

3. Pages and plans

Every plan has a monthly page limit; a page is one page of a document read on our worker. Free includes 25 pages a calendar month. Starter, Professional and Business are billed in advance through Razorpay, monthly or annually, include their monthly pages, and renew until cancelled. Unused pages do not carry over. Prices are shown before you pay; the amount shown is the whole amount.

4. Your documents

Your documents stay yours. We read them to produce the result you asked for and delete them in the same request, as the privacy policy describes. You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload.

5. Accuracy

Parsing is deterministic and every result is shown to you in a grid, with issues flagged, before you export. It is your responsibility to check the result before relying on it in your books, returns or filings. We do not provide accounting, tax or legal advice.

6. Acceptable use

No unlawful content, no attempt to overload or reverse the service, no use that harms other people. We may suspend accounts that break this.

7. Availability

We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not guarantee it. Browser tools keep working once loaded.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous three months.

9. Law

Indian law; courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
