Your documents
A bank statement, invoice, receipt or report you upload for a server read is sent over HTTPS to our processing worker, read in memory, returned to your browser as rows and cells, and deleted — all within the same request. It is never written to disk, never queued, never kept for training or review, and there is no URL at which it can be fetched afterwards. Tools marked “browser” (transaction cleanup, file converters, PDF split and merge) process the file inside your browser and never send it to us at all.
What we keep about each run
Only run metadata, so you have a history and we can count pages against your plan: the file name, the number of pages, whether OCR was used, the number of rows in the result, the export type you chose, the tool, and the time. Not the document, not its contents, not the rows.
Retention
Documents: zero retention — deleted in the request that read them. Run metadata: kept while your workspace exists, and deleted with it. Account, plan and invoice records: kept while your account exists, and invoices for as long as Indian tax law requires after that.
What else we hold
Your email and name; the workspace name, billing address and currency you enter; your plan, page usage and invoices; support tickets you open. Nothing else.
Why
To run your workspace, count pages against your plan, invoice you, answer support, and keep the service secure. Never for advertising, never sold, never shared with anyone who does not need it to do one of those jobs.
Who else sees it
Razorpay (payments), the database and web hosting providers for the account data above, and the email provider for sign-in codes and receipts. None of them receive your documents. The processing worker is ours.
Your rights
See, correct or delete your data any time: write to financeitz@grandfieldmedia.com. Deleting your account removes your workspace, its run history and its users.
